A discharge member capable of discharging (dripping) aseptic liquid drops by preventing the reverse flow of a content liquid, a discharge container capable of smoothly discharging the liquid drops by eliminating or suppressing the mixing of antiseptics therewith, and an instillation vial. The discharge member (10) comprises a bottomed generally cylindrical discharge part (11) having a discharge hole (12), a generally cylindrical valve element support part (13) fixed to the inside of the discharge part (11) and formed so that the tip (13a) thereof can be exposed from the discharge hole (12) to the outside of the discharge part (11), and a valve element (14) fixed to the inside of the discharge part (1) and formed so that the tip (14a) thereof can be exposed from the discharge hole (12) to the outside of the discharge part (11). The tip (14a) portion of the valve element is allowed to abut on the valve element support part (13) in the state of not receiving hydraulic pressure from the upstream side (U) to close the discharge hole (12) and deforms when it receives the hydraulic pressure from an upstream side (U) to form a flow passage in the clearance thereof from the valve element support part (13).
