A scroll compressor is provided to make oil, which flows down after lubrication of a compression part and a main frame and oil included in compressed fluid, return to a lower sump smoothly, and minimize oil leakage by controlling an oil dispersion time point to reduce an oil circulation rate. A scroll compressor includes a driving shaft(250) formed with an indent portion(253) having predetermined length and depth on an outer peripheral surface. A driving motor has a rotor fitted on the driving shaft and a stator receiving the rotor. A lower end ring(340) is coupled with a lower part of the rotor. A lower balance(350) is coupled with a lower part of the lower end ring. An oil path control element(341) is connected to the lower part of the lower end ring to control dispersion of oil which is discharged via the indent portion of the driving shaft. The oil path control element is integrally extended from the lower end ring to prevent oil flowing through the indent portion from being scattered in the radial direction but to make the oil dropped into an oil sump.
