PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile safety device capable of automatically detecting the situation in an automobile when a person is locked in the vehicle, automatically taking an essential urgent treatment, and reducing the risk that the person (in particular, an infant) is locked in the vehicle, and a method of using the same. SOLUTION: The automobile safety device can offer essential urgent treatment automatically (such as utilizing a wireless communication unit in an automobile to notify an automobile owner to come to the location of the automobile, utilizing a burglarproof system of the automobile in order to bring the passers-by's attention, turning on an air supply/heat dissipation unit in the automobile or rolling down the windows of the automobile automatically in order to dissipate the heat and supply air) in a situation that people are stranded in the car (such as high temperature, and reduction of air content), by detecting the internal state of the automobile automatically. Hence, the automobile safety device can prevent or reduce the danger that people (especially an infant) are stranded in the automobile, such as causing closed door fatal accident due to overheat or lack of oxygen.
