PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyol composition of a resin fine particle dispersion, capable of producing a polyurethane resin excellent in mechanical strength, such as elongation at breakage, even when a particle diameter of the resin particles dispersed in a polyol is small. SOLUTION: This polyol composition (I) is formed by dispersing the resin fine particles (b) in the polyol (a), wherein the resin fine particles (b)have an arithmetical standard deviation of not more than 0.6 based on a volume in particle size distribution, when measured by a laser diffraction/scattering-type particle size distribution measuring device and dividing a range of 0.020 to 2000μm into 85 sections.
