PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleaning performance for the belt of a laser printer. SOLUTION: The laser printer 10 includes: photoreceptor drums 64; a belt 48 disposed opposite to the photoreceptor drums 64; a rear face roller 130 disposed in contact with the rear face of the belt 48: a first surface roller 132 disposed in contact with the surface of the belt 48 and opposite to the rear face roller 130; and a second surface roller 134 disposed in contact with the first surface roller 132. A voltage between the rear face roller 130 and the first surface member 132 is controlled so that a current is kept constant.
