PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent creep of a bearing with a resin pulley by a simple means. SOLUTION: A circumferential groove 6 around a shaft having inclination to a rotating shaft of the bearing, is formed on an outer diameter face of an outer ring 2 on which the resin pulley is molded, thus the creep between the outer ring and the resin pulley can be surely prevented by the simple means, that is, the engagement with the resin filled and solidified in the circumferential groove 6 not rotationally symmetric around the rotating shaft.
