PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross flow turbine capable of introducing water from a plurality of directions. SOLUTION: The water leading pipe 2 can be attached and detached to/from a case body 4, which has a plurality of mounting positions 5, 6 and 7. The water leading pipe 2 can be attached by selecting one of the mounting positions 5, 6 and 7 to the case body 4. Consequently, the general-use property of the cross flow turbine 1 can be increased by changing a position of the water leading pipe 2 by matching with the direction of the introduction of water and the necessity for using an elbow is eliminated to suppress loss.
