PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining cloth to be usually arranged inside a front cloth in a skirt or the like, usable in a condition of changing a form, and at the same time, free from obstructing driving action when driving a bicycle and having transparency preventing function even besides when driving. SOLUTION: This lining cloth 1 has a cylindrical shape with an opened top and bottom in use, slits 3 which are made on opposite positions on the center from the lower end to the midway up to the upper end, and two sheets of cloth elements 2 and 2 formed putting the slits 3 between. Connecting parts 6 and 7 which are connectable to separate from each other are formed along the slits 3 on both the sides in the width direction of the respective cloth elements 2.
