PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bleaching agent composition and a liquid bleaching detergent composition which remarkably improve the stability of a bleaching activator in a weak acidity region of pH 4-7. SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching agent composition comprises (a) a compound which produces hydrogen peroxide or hydrogen peroxide in water, (b) at least one bleaching activator selected from an alkanoyloxybenzenesulfonic acid, an alkanoyloxybenzenecarboxylic acid, and a salt thereof, and (c) at least one kind selected from salts and oxides of group 4 to 11 elements in the 5th to 6th period in the periodic table at a molar ratio of the component (b) to the component (c) of (b)/(c)=5-30 and has a pH at 20°C of 4-7. The liquid bleaching detergent composition comprises the above component (a), component (b), component (c), and (d) a surface active agent at a molar ratio of component (b) to component (c) of (b)/(c)=5-30 and has a pH at 20°C of 4-7.
