PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasable aqueous adhesive sheet being useable as an adhesive for adhesive body warmers and an adhesive for adhesive tapes and adhesive sheets and excellent in performances such as low-temperature adhesive force, adhesive force during heating, releasability after use on heating, wet resistance and releasability, etc., when using various clothing such as cotton cloth and polyester cloth as adherend and a releasable aqueous adhesive composition. SOLUTION: The releasable aqueous adhesive sheet has an aqueous adhesive layer in which an acrylic resin emulsion is crosslinked with a crosslinking agent and has≥1.5N/25 mm initial adhesive force of the aqueous adhesive sheet to cotton fabric under 0°C atmosphere. The releasable aqueous adhesive composition comprises an acrylic resin emulsion having≤70 wt.% gel fraction and obtained by carrying out emulsion polymerization of a monomer mixture containing 60-99.9 wt.% (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester, 0.1-20 wt.% carboxy group-containing unsaturated monomer and 0-38.9 wt.% of the other unsaturated monomers, and a crosslinking agent.
