PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick packaging bag which can be unsealed easily by a hand and has superior mechanical characteristics to solve various problems arising in providing a conventional tearable stick packaging bag which has a notch or surface cut and is made of a base material of cellophane. SOLUTION: The stick packaging bag is manufactured using a laminated film. The laminated film includes a polyester layer (A) which contains a butylene terephthalate unit and has a melting point of 240°C or lower, polyester layers (B) having a melting point higher than that of the polyester layer (A), which polyester layers (B) are formed on both surfaces of the polyester layer (A), respectively, and one or more sealant layers which are formed on either of the polyester layers (B). The stick packaging bag has an end tearing resistance of 80 N or lower in a direction of crossing the lamination direction of the laminated film, and an elongation at break of 80% or lower in the same direction.
