PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for display apparatus assuring a good easiness in handling by allowing a user seated on a seat to acknowledge the displayed image of the display apparatus certainly. SOLUTION: A CPU 7 calculates the view point position of the user from the view point information of the user extracted by a picture processing circuit 3 and the sensor information sensed by a seat sensor 6. Then the optimum angle is calculated on the basis of the view point of the user, and a drive signal is output to a drive motor 5 so that the display angle on the picture display surface of an LCD module 4 is identical to the optimum angle calculated. Thereby this control device for the display apparatus assures a good easiness for the user seated on the seat to acknowledge certainly the displayed image of the LCD module 4.
