PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head which can suppress a reflective light at the time of an exposure, and can increase the adhering property to an ink passage wall by adding a particle in an adhesion increasing layer, and forming an unevenness on the surface of the adhesion increasing layer, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: On a board, an ink discharging pressure generating element and a solid layer which occupies a section becoming the adhesion increasing layer and a liquid passage are provided. On the board, an ink passage wall forming material which is hardened by a light-acid generating catalyst is coated. A discharging port is formed on the ink passage wall forming member, and the ink passage is formed by a forming means by removing the solid layer. In this inkjet recording head which includes the forming means, the particle is contained in the adhesion increasing layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
