A flange (9) is created by the ring-shaped segment (5) adjacent to the recess (19) and the overlapping area (7) comprising outward pointing inclined shoulders (8,8a). A sleeve (11) assembled of two shells is attached to the outer surface of the flange (9) and held in place by an elastic element (14) fixed with rivets (15).
