METHOD FOR DIRECT PRODUCING OF FERRICARBONIC ALLOYS AND PLANT FOR REALIZATION THEREOF

The invention relates to the ferrous metallurgy. A method for the direct producing of ferricarbonic alloys involves charge reducing in the modules of preceding reduction by the means of supplying of reducing gas, which is correspondingly distributed along the hight of stock column, at that in the lower part of the modules plasmochemical gas producer - apparatus for natural gas conversion is disposed, and after the preceding reducing the charge is melted in the reactor due to the use of high temperature plasma beams, which are generated in the plasmatrons of indirect action. The plant for realization the method is also claimed. The invention allows to increase the quality of the produced alloy, shorten consumption of the natural gas and decrease operating costs.
