<p>The attachment has a plastic band (12) and a male part (14) disposed at one of ends of the band. A female part (16) is disposed at another end of the band and comprises a bottom (16b) and wall (16a) defining a blind housing (16c). A locking unit has a shoulder disposed in the housing and another shoulder (18) integrated to a body of the male part. Slats (20) are associated to the former shoulder. The band, male and female parts, locking unit and slats are formed of a single part in homogenous material.</p>
