<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user request the storage of image data over a long period without anxiety. <P>SOLUTION: A system includes: image forming apparatuses 100, 200, image storage servers 301 to 30n, a network 400 for connecting them, and an imaging apparatus 500. The imaging apparatus 500 attaches image identification information obtained by converting image data that are obtained by photographing to the image data. The image forming apparatus 100 receives the image data and the image identification information, stores the image data to the image storage servers 301 to 30n, and the image data and the image identification information are formed on one and the same medium. The image forming apparatus 200 scans the medium and forms an image on the basis of the read image data when the image forming apparatus 200 can read the image data by using the image identification information for a key, or forms an image on the basis of the scanned image when the image forming apparatus 200 cannot read the image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
