<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface technology on which a user's intention is easily reflected and which is excellent in a feeling of operation in such a situation that an installation position of an operation part is restricted like a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When such an operation for rotating a sphere 215 is performed by a user's finger, the sphere 215 is displayed by rotation and a focus in a button group 203 is moved according to rotation of the sphere 215. In addition, in this case, rotation sound of the sphere 215 is output.
