<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger for a ceiling board formed in a simple structure, improving complication during installation, and minimizing an interval between a ceiling and the soundproof ceiling board. <P>SOLUTION: A bolt 16 fixed to a ceiling slab 15 or an existing ceiling surface is disposed parallel with the hanger bolt 9 of the soundproof ceiling board hanger 1 so as to form a mutually overlapped portion.
