<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fear of removal of a molded part from a sash due to generation of peripheral length excessive part on a side wall, a seal lip and a cover lip constituting a glass run, to be expanded, resulting in a recessed part, a wrinkle or the like and deforming the molded part when the molded part of the glass run is attached to a corner part of the sash. <P>SOLUTION: The glass run comprises an indoor side side wall 7; an outdoor side side wall 8; a bottom part 9 for connecting both side walls 7, 8; the seal lips 11, 12 inwardly extending from distal ends of both side walls 7, 8 toward the bottom part 9 and elastically contacted with a window glass 47; and the cover lips 14, 15 outwardly extending from distal ends of both side walls 7, 8 toward a bottom part side. The bottom part 9 is divided to an indoor side part and an outdoor side part by a groove 17 along a central longitudinal direction, the divided bottom parts 9a, 9b are connected by a connection part projected to an inner side in a cross section of V shape and the connection part is expanded/contracted by opening/closing of the groove 17 accompanying with expansion/contraction of the bottom part 9. Attachment to the sash is performed by pressing-in the side walls 7, 8, moving them in parallel and abutting end surfaces of the bottom parts 9a, 9b on each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
