<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film having an antireflection performance higher than that in the conventional technique in the visible region at a wide incident angle. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflection film 3 is formed by stacking five layers on an optical substrate 2 having a refractive index of ≥2.0 and ≤2.4, wherein the first layer A and the third layer C numbered from the optical substrate 2 side are respectively either one side refractive index films of intermediate refractive index films and low refractive index films, the second layer B and the fourth layer D are high refractive index films, and the fifth layer E is a low refractive index film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
