<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of man-hours for in-factory manufacture and an on-site assembly inspection by unitizing a shutter and related peripheral equipment or devices through the use of a USB. <P>SOLUTION: This shutter control system 1 is equipped with the shutter 11A and the related peripheral equipment, and a shutter control unit 3 for controlling the shutter 11A and the related peripheral equipment. The shutter 11A and the related peripheral equipment are constituted in such a manner as to be freely assembled as units, respectively. Each of the units has an interface 7 of the USB or an IEEE 1394, communicatable in a direct manner or via a bridge.
