<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element appropriately used for an electrode substrate and a solar cell capable of aiming at lowering of resistance of the electrode substrate, and capable of restraining electric leak from a metal wiring to electrolyte solution and degradation of characteristics of a metal wiring layer due to corrosion. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode substrate 10 is provided with a transparent conductive layer 11, a metal wiring layer 12 fitted on the transparent conductive layer 11, and an insulating layer 14 coating the metal wiring layer 12, on a substrate. Provided a thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate 10 is defined as α, and that of the insulating layer 14 as β, α>β is satisfied, with a thickness of the transparent conductive layer 11 of 0.05 to 5 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
