<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk feeder which can transfer even a very small component without losing the transfer speed, and also to provide electronic component packaging equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The bulk feeder comprises a transfer path 42 wherein electronic components P are transferred, ventilation paths 43 formed along the transfer path 42, and partition walls 44 for maintaining the posture of the electronic components P while they are transferred in the transfer path 42 as well as separating the transfer path 42 and the ventilation paths 43. Since the transfer path 42 and the ventilation paths 43 are let to communicate with each other on the upper side 45 of the partition walls 44, the cross section of air paths A which are a passage of an air flow for transferring the electronic components P can be made large regardless of the size of the electronic components P.
