PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method and a program, securing security to allow sharing of safe and selective access to an electronic document. SOLUTION: A user sharing the electronic document stored in a file repository inside a document management system generates a token corresponding to a password and the shared document via a document processing service network. The token includes information related to the shared document and information allowing use of the shared document to another user. The other user desiring the access to the shared document receives the corresponding token and password, and accesses the shared document by use of the token and the password.
