PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor where a size of a loop connecting ground edges of a plurality of circuit boards is suppressed to be small and performance to EMI can be stabilized. SOLUTION: The signal processor is provided with a second circuit 27 performing signal processing with a first power voltage generated by a first circuit 26g; a fourth circuit 28 performing the signal processing with a second power voltage generated by a third circuit 26j; a reference ground edge 22 to which respective ground edges of the second and fourth circuits 27 and 28 are connected; and the circuit board 26 which leads the first and second power voltages generated in the first and third circuits 26g and 26j to the second and fourth circuits 27 and 28, and in which a ground pattern 26b in a plane shape is formed to which the ground edges of the first to fourth circuits 26g, 26j, 27 and 28 are connected.
