PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid handling device constituted so as not only to enhance reaction efficiency and measuring sensitivity by a simple structure but also to shorten a reaction time and a measuring time in a case used as a sample analyzer for measuring a multispecimen and capable of reducing cost by conserving the amount to be used of a sample or a reagent, and to provide the fluid handling unit used therein. SOLUTION: The fluid handling device 10 is composed of a plate body 12 formed by arranging a plurality of attaching recessed parts 14 to a flat plate-shaped member and a plurality of the fluid handling parts 16 respectively attached to the attaching recessed parts of the plate main body. Each of the fluid handling parts is equipped with an injection part 26 for injecting a fluid, a flowing part 28 for allowing the fluid introduced from the injection part to continuously flow downward, a fluid housing chamber 30 into which the fluid in the flowing part is introduced and a flow channel for introducing the fluid reaching the bottom part of the flowing part into the fluid housing chamber and a plurality of discs 22 (a large number of beads 122 and water absorbable members 222) are arranged in the flowing part.
