PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, when an allowable ink hit amount is two times lower than the maximum ink hit amount of a primary color, the ratio of the primary color constituting the maximum amount of a secondary color can not be uniquely decided, not to reproduce a hue intended at the maximum amount of the secondary color. SOLUTION: A secondary color chart, which comprises a plurality of patches with the ratio of the primary color constituting the secondary color changed, is printed, allowing a user to select one chart from the printed secondary color charts, to constitute the secondary color based on the primary color ratio of the chart thus selected.
