PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder measuring system for determining the viscosity, based on a load applied to an agitation blade when the agitation blade moves downward through a powder layer formed by powder in a container, and simultaneously agitates the powder in the pushing direction upward. SOLUTION: This powder measuring system 1 consists of a powder measuring device 10 including the container 11 for storing dry powder, the agitation blade 122 for agitating a dry powder layer formed by the dry powder in the container 11, and a torque detection part 145 for detecting an axial torque load applied to the agitation blade 122 when the dry powder is agitated by the agitation blade 122; and of a personal computer 20 including a body part 21 for determining an index showing the characteristic of the dry powder layer as the viscosity based on the axial torque load detected by the torque detection part 145 when the agitation blade 122 moves downward through the dry powder in the container 11, and simultaneously agitates the dry powder in the pushing direction upward.
