PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board which can prevent a bloodshot eyes phenomenon and can prevent a fault of copper foil exposure without installing a special method and a process. SOLUTION: The circuit board 1 is provided with a through hole part 3 passing through a printed board 2 and a land part 4 formed in a circular shape by conductive foil (copper foil) at a periphery of the through hole part 3. Paste parts 5 are installed in the land part 4 as metal masks. The solder paste parts 5 are disposed in four places at an outer peripheral side of the through hole part 3.
