PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which comprises an intermediate layer with an excellent dimensional precision which can deliver carriers between organic semiconductor layers smoothly and has an excellent characteristic, and an electronic apparatus which comprises such an electronic device with a high reliability. SOLUTION: An organic EL device 1 has a laminated body 4 which comprises an anode 3, a cathode 5, a hole transport layer (first organic semiconductor layer) 41 which is formed as main material with hole transport material (first organic semiconductor material) laminated sequentially from the side of the anode 3 between the anode 3 and the cathode 5 as a pair of electrodes, an intermediate layer 42, a luminous layer as second organic semiconductor layer 43 formed as main material with luminescent material as second organic semiconductor material, and an electron transport layer 44.
