PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid draining gate for letting waste water flow all at once when the amount of waste water reaches a fixed water level to let the waste water on the upstream side and the downstream side flow together. SOLUTION: This gate is attracted by a magnet to cut off waste water until its amount reaches a fixed water level. When the waste water exceeds the water level, the gate is opened and the waste water is made to flow all at once to clean a sewage pipe.
