PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double foundation base isolation structure of a small-scale building. SOLUTION: A double foundation of a foundation (an integrated foundation like a plate) of a building main body, and an outer peripheral foundation as a ground foundation is installed, and a waste tire crushed as a buffer material for base isolation is spreaded and filled among the main body foundation and the outer peripheral foundation as the ground foundation.
