PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brace type bearing panel and a bearing structure capable of preventing resonance by high frequency vibration and resonance amplification by low frequency vibration in minute vibration and withstanding earthquake and wind firmly when middle-to-large-magnitude earthquake occurs and strong wind blows. SOLUTION: An end part of a brace 3 passes through a hole 4 provided in a panel frame 2, an end plate 5 is provided in the end part, the end plate 5 approaches or leaves the panel frame 2 by utilizing a clearance 6 between the end plate 5 and the panel frame 2, the brace 3 is pulled, and the end plate 5 is abutted on the panel frame 2, so that this brace type bearing panel functions as the bearing panel.
