PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an original suspension property, and also reduce the aging deterioration of a suspension part in a wheel for a caster having a suspension function. SOLUTION: In this wheel 1 for a caster has an annular grounding part via a suspension 2 having an axle at a center, and a bearing mounted on the outer peripheral side of a suspension. A spring 11 for preventing a creeping phenomenon is mounted in the suspension. Thereby, when a truck and the like mounted to the caster travel, upward and downward shocks are absorbed. Additionally, the shocks, in particular in a horizontal (forward and backward) direction can be sufficiently absorbed. A load (mass) by a tare mass of a moving tool can be always shared by all of the mounted casters so as to significantly improve the aging deterioration of the shock absorbing function, and improve durability.
