PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect or predict abnormality of a tire mounted to a vehicle. SOLUTION: In a tire state determination device, a non-contact temperature sensor 20, a vibration sensor 22, and a CCD sensor 24 are provided on a vehicle body 12, and detect a plurality of temperatures, vibration, and outer shapes of the tire 60. A storage means in an ECU 100 stores a tire state table including the range of a plurality of state amounts to be satisfied for determining that abnormality has occurred in the tire or there is a possibility of occurring of abnormality. The ECU 100 refers to the tire state table stored, and determines that abnormality has occurred in the tire or there is a possibility of occurring of abnormality when the plurality of temperature, vibration, and outer shapes of the tire 60 detected are respectively within the range of the plurality of temperature, vibration, and outer shapes of the tire 60 included in the tire state table.
