PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device for a craft eliminating the need of rope handling because rope handling while the craft is made to be close to a stern requires much time for lifting work during waves or sailing, in case of slipway method lifting the craft from the stern. SOLUTION: A dock 2 made from a recessed portion is formed at the stern of a mother ship 1, and a floor surface 2a thereof is formed on a tilting surface under a water surface so as to make a stern side low. A belt conveyer 5 is arranged on the floor surface 2a, and projecting portions 5b are provided on an outside surface of a belt 5a at suitable intervals. A hook portion 3a is provided at a ship bottom on a bow side of the craft 3 to be lifted so as to engage with the projecting portions 5b. When the craft 3 enters the dock 2 and the bow runs onto the belt conveyer 5, the hook portion 3a and the projecting portions 5b are engaged, and after that, the craft 3 is pulled up by endless circulating movement of the belt 5a. Material which is easy to slip is spread on the floor surface 2a, and pulling-up work of the craft 3 is made to be smooth. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
