PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder adhesive of practical performance, its manufacturing method/application method, and a method for manufacturing a secret postcard at a low cost. SOLUTION: Seventy mass% of a polyester resin with 110°C softening point, 30 mass% of an acrylic resin with 4μm particle diameter and not less than 200°C softening point, 1 mass% antistatic control agent and 3 mass% polyethylene wax, are mixed using a chemical mixer. After that, this mixture is fused/kneaded and granulated using a biaxial protruder, then the granulates are ground with the help of an I-type jet mill, and 100 mass% powder particle with a 9μm average volume particle diameter obtained by classifying and 1 mass% fine particle silica, are mixed by a Henschel mixer. This mixture is sieved to obtain the powder adhesive. Further, variable information is printed in full color, on a postcard-size paper using a color printer, and a solid image is printed in a monochromatic printing mode, with the use of the powder adhesive filled in lieu of a black toner.
