PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the masking process, automate the masking process, achieve efficient formation of a masking with micro complicated pattern as well as unmanned operation, and thoroughly cope with mass production. SOLUTION: A masking part is formed on a metallic support 4 using an ink jet device 2. In forming the masking part, a method of printing an electric insulating film on the surface of the metallic support in ink is performed. The masking part and the non-masking part can be formed in a fixed pattern. In printing the electric insulating film on the surface of the metallic support in ink, preferably the surface roughness of the abrasive grain adhering surface of the metallic support is set within 20μmRz.
