PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce correcting stages and, at the same time, to prevent the complication of equipment constitution by preventing the deformation in a cut part when cutting the end part of a pipe. SOLUTION: The apparatus is made so as to press-cut the end part of the pipe with a female die 3 provided with an inserting hole 3h for the pipe P and a pair of male dies 5 which can be inserted into the inside of the end part of the pipe P and the pair of male dies 5 are made so as to enter the inside of the end part of the pipe P by inserting and forcing the pipe P into the inserting hole 3h of a female die 3 and a pair of male dies 5 which can be inserted into the end part of the pipe. By moving the male dies 5 on the outside of the radial direction by driving a wedge-shaped cam driver 15 into a space part 11 between a pair of male die holding members 4 for holding the male dies 5, the end part of the pipe is press-cut into a semicircular-arc shape.
