A method to make pectin-containing dietetic and curative prophylactic products of raw plant materials includes comminuting the raw plant materials, hydrolysis, adding a sweetener, evaporating. Preliminary blanching of the raw plant materials is carried out, after that a solution of citric acid is added, the hydrolysis is carried out with use of a fruit juice or a vegetable one at temperature of 70-78 DEGREE C for 60-80 minutes in three stages. |
