REDUCER OF MINING MACHINE WITH SWITCH MECHANISM

摘要

Reducer of mining machine with switch mechanism has body of reducer with face and side sides, with switch mechanism placed in it, this has shaft connected to handle and installed with possibility of turn from handle and kinematically connected through lever system to toothed clutch with possibility of its reciprocal displacement between the face and the goaf sides of the reducer body. Besides that the handle is installed on the shaft, this is placed in parallel to direction of displacement of toothed clutch, at that the site of installation of handle on the shaft is placed at goaf side of the reducer body, besides that lever is installed on the shaft, this has spherical boss and is kinematically connected to toothed clutch by means of two-arm ?-like lever with axis of rotation normal to direction of displacement of toothed clutch.
