A guide inspection-cum-insertion system is provided to secure technical reliability by inspecting a guide used for coupling an inner seal to a rack bar with a vision station module and fixing the successfully inspected guide only to a rack bar and to assemble a rack bar and an inner seal effectively by coupling an inner seal to a rack bar safely and quickly. The guide inspection-cum-insertion system is a module main body(400) equivalent to sectional equipment of a vehicle component assembly machine(100) and functions for inserting a bush type guide, which is inspected completely together with a vision station module(500), into a rack bar installed temporarily to an inner seal insertion module(600), and separating and returning the used guide from the rack bar. Hereon the vision station module has the appointed inspection process and sequence to inspect the surface state of the guide put on a main platform, and the module main body has a multi-shaft transfer robot composed of a horizontal robot placed in an X-axis direction and a vertical robot placed in a Z-axis direction to insert the guide to the rack bar of the inner seal insertion module without interfering with components used for supplying an inner seal and transfers the successfully inspected guide from an auxiliary guide platform or a main guide platform toward the rack bar put on the mounting location of the inner seal insertion module by using the multi-shaft transfer robot.
