<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new, unique, and inexpensive method using a CCD camera and an image sensor, which can be constructed at low cost, and automatically processing various analyses based on electrical information acquired from them for preventing deterioration in performance of a mirror on a bend. <P>SOLUTION: A desired parameter, which is acquired by scanning an image signal or sensing image data, is solved with a previously set setting condition, and an object entering an intersection is computerized to be displayed on a display device.
