<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus camera which can insert a diopter correction lens in a light receiving optical path according to the diopter of an eye to be examined in the case of a subject having the eyes to be examined which has strong shortsightedness or longsightedness. <P>SOLUTION: This fundus camera has a controlling device 9 which judges whether focusing by a focusing lens 21 exceeds a permissible range or not, and the controlling device inserts the diopter correction lens of a diopter which enables the focusing by the focusing lens 21 in the middle of the light receiving optical path by driving and controlling the driving means (200a, 201a), when the focusing by the focusing lens 21 exceeds the permissible range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
