<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solid electrolyte multilayer film having a constant quality and an excellent ion conductivity by casting continuously a plurality of dope containing a solid electrolyte and having mutually different prescription. <P>SOLUTION: A first to a third dope 114-116 containing a solid electrolyte are flowed and cast on a moving casting band 82 from a casting die 81 equipped with a feed block 119. A cast film 112 of three-layer structure is separated from the casting band 82 as a three-layer film containing the solid electrolyte. Then, this is sent to a tenter, and by holding both end parts by a clip, it is dried while extending to become a prescribed width. Then, the film is sent to a drying chamber and promoted drying while supporting by a plurality of rollers. By this method, the solid electrolyte film can be continuously and stably manufactured and its quality is uniform without including impurities, and it develops an excellent ion conductivity when used for fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
