<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recycling method and device for cutting oil, recycling the collected and used cutting oil, decreasing the volume of used cutting oil to decrease the processing quantity as industrial waste, and further removing impurities from the collected cutting oil to be recycled and reused as cutting oil. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed quantity of used cutting oil is let flow into an oil-water separating tank 4, and after the separated oil as supernatant liquid is removed, a fixed quantity of cutting oil remaining in the oil-water separating tank 4 is let flow into a vacuum evaporator 8. By the operation of a hot water boiler 9, water such as dilute water contained in the used cutting oil is evaporated at a low temperature to decay microbe and decrease the volume of used cutting oil, and evaporated moisture is liquefied by a cooling device 14 to be reused as dilute water for the cutting oil. On the other hand, remaining cutting oil is filtered by a filter 11, whereby impurities such as cutting chips, bacteria and stains are removed from the cutting oil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
