GAS BARRIER THIN FILM LAMINATE, GAS BARRIER RESIN BASE MATERIAL AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide not only a gas barrier thin film laminate, which has high gas barrier capacity and excellent curling resistance, with good productivity but also an organic electroluminescence device excellent in adhesion and base barrier properties using the gas barrier thin film laminate.

SOLUTION: In the gas barrier thin film laminate respectively having at least one ceramic film and at least one polymer film, at least one polymer film is formed by curing a photosetting resin composition, which is based on a photosetting resin having an ethylenic double bond in the terminal or side chain in its molecule and a photopolymerization initiator and shows not only non-flowability at 25°C but also flowability within a temperature range of 50-100°C.
