PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system processing efficiency in data transfer can be improved. SOLUTION: This information processor 150 connected through a communication path to an arithmetic means is provided with a memory access means 120 for, when a preload command is issued, performing access to memories 140 to 143, and for transferring the data stored in the memories 140 to 143 to a buffer memory 122, a buffer memory monitoring means 124 for determining whether or not preload has been completed when the preload command is acquired from an arithmetic means 11 and a transfer means 120 for, when it is determined that the preload has not been completed by the buffer memory monitoring means 124, transferring error data showing that data are any data other than the data stored in the buffer memory 122 to the arithmetic means through a bus.
