PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board holder capable of holding surely a circuit board without applying a stress. SOLUTION: This circuit board holder 2 for holding the circuit board 100 under the condition where a pair of opposed edge parts 101, 102 is laid along an X-direction is provided with a holding part 13a provided with clamp parts 45a-45c arranged under the condition laid along the X-direction to hold the edge part 101 of the circuit board 100, and rails 42 for guiding the clamp parts 45a-45c along the X-direction, and a holding part 13b provided with clamp parts 55a-55c arranged under the condition laid along the X-direction to hold the edge part 102 of the circuit board 100, and rails 52 for guiding the clamp parts 55a-55c along the X-direction.
